Pros +

• Location is great and I was able to park right next to my room. Staff was helpful and attentive, even I came back late I rang the bell and they opened right away. Overall OK value for money but I wouldn't want to stay here again.
• Clean large room, hot water, good service. Helper took all the luggage up and provided extra linen as requested

Cons -

• Room floor was carpet and it was dirty. Beds, linens towels some were clean others unsure, didn't feel like I wanted to sleep in that bed. There were many mosquitos in the room so I turned up A/C they were hiding in closet. Place is next to a dump and surroundings are not great, but I didn't feel "unsafe" at any point, just not a clean place overall so if you're picky about cleanliness and beautiful surroundings you'll be very dissapointed. Otherwise if you want a cheap place to crash for the night it's OK.
• NA. No breakfast since chef was not available. Though a great bakery right next door (Sponges)
