Pros +

  • Very easy and convenient
  • Nothing good about this hotel totally bad in service.. No reception counter, bad service asking client to send his identity card which is not a right things to do with so much of scam things out there.
  • The room is ok,i ask for no smoking room, but neighbors smoking,smoke blow everywhere, until smoke get into my room, the air-conditioning remote control cannot adjustable, keep 25*c, sometime hot sometime cool

Cons -

  • Hotel door was damage, and poor quality of door in some room. Would prefer lvl2 door more secure.
  • Is totally a nightmare in my life and regret it for not getting back my refunds
  • The staff receptionist is so rude,shout on me in the phone,i just call the receptionist,how i going to check in my room, she said don't call me, just WhatsApp, it's this the way treat the guest like that, there is no reception desk

Nothing to complain about, but some things to do.. there is no hanger inside the room & toilet to hang the clothes. Other wise there is worth for the price. Thank you so much ¿¿
