- The hotel is located within security. If you have to retrieve luggage, you end up outside security with no way back in to the hotel if your continuing airline is not available to issue a boarding pass.
- Super quiet rooms that are inviting and have modern bathrooms
- It¿s location.Located at the end of terminal 1 but immigration is just across a lower level and once passed through you reach Jewel Clean room and organized.I love the shower and the runway view. Breakfast was by the pool. Awesome stay.

- Hard to find - absolutely no signage at the main airport level.
- No international number for foreign visitors to call ahead and confirm a late check in.
