- family friendly, great service and attitude from staff, walking distance to hawker centres and restaurants

- More coffee sachet
- It was difficult to find the shuttle stop. There should be clear directions with checkin info. I got to the shuttle area at the appointed time having just called the hotel for directions. There was no bus and I had to wait an hour.
- The hotel is in the middle of updating and the room bathrooms looked very dated. The hotel is also located very close to a large prison which is a bit disconcerting when arriving at night.
