- Wonderful and well-thought-out reception board. I am amazed by their communication skill, which help us a lot since we only speak in English. The staff are very friendly and intuitive, and answer all of out question with an open mind.
- Hotel was thoughtfully decorated in a way that really fit its theme. Very clean and spacious. Good location next to the train station and an easy walk through town.

- Nothing to be honest
- Staff could have spoken English better, breakfast was good but kind of like an Asian Costco buffet. Better and fresher options immediately outside.
