- The location is very convenient. Hotel buffet also honored guest with good discount. I will be back !
- I was able to check in early at 9am since they had an empty room for the disabled! The room was big! The front staff was super friendly!
- Bakery and restaurant downstairs MTR station and taxi stand are right around the corner
Cons -
- The water filter system is very slow and only located on ground floor. Long line and time wasted.
- I used the safety box and it was malfunctioning, so I had to troubleshoot it to get my passport and credit card!
- We had a family quad. One of our family members who slept in the lower deck of the bed (where is only few inches above the floor) could smell the stinky carpet!

The rooms are clean and the customer services are great. The location is almost at the center of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon,and it's very convenient for me to get to the places that I have to visit in HK, including meeting up with friends & sightseeing
