the location is very good. the hotel staff are friendly. there are a bus stop, ''alot of bus routes''right outside the hotel. also about 12 mins walk to MTR station. the supermarket just across the hotel.

the carpet is kind of old and little dirty. but overall the room is clean.
The hotel is old and lack of renovation. The carpet is dirty. The colour of the furniture is fade and discoloring. Staffs often handle multiple tasks while serving the customer ( lack of customer focus). It is definitely not a 4 star hotel
The rooms were in need of redecorating. They did not give me a large bed as promised

Good & prompt services! Very kind & helpful staffs! Nice to have swimming pool on the roof top! The complementary smart phone with free international calls is the winning point!

Elevators were kind of slow. Would be great if they have a family/pantry room with some microwaves for families with babies to reheat formulas/milk. The swimming pool hours should be extented for a night swim.
