Parliament House and the National Gallery of Australia are both 5 minutes’ drive away. All accommodations features a gourmet kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, plus a 42-inch LED TV. All have a dining setting and some offer a private balcony. At Agostini's Restaurant, you can dine in or have meals pre-delivered to your room. - It was ideally situated for my use, as well as quiet and beautifully appointed. Room was very well laid out, spotless, bed very comfortable, and all that I needed for meal preparation. Reception staff well trained, friendly, courteous,customer oriented.
- Contemporary decor and a pleasurable stay. The staff was helpful and knowledgable. There was plenty of complimentary covered parking that was appreciated during a day of heavy rain.
- I found all the staff I met were friendly and were only too willing to help me enjoy my stay at the hotel. Well run, well layed out. After leaving some articles behind by mistake, staff were able to have these items returned to me with minimum fuss.
Cons -
- Room lighting for reading was poor. TV programs limited - Foxtel sports not my kick. Good to be able to have access to free SBS ââ¬ÃÂon Demandâ≢, & ABC ââ¬ÃÂi-viewâ≢ digital programs. Opportunity to catch documentaries & general info in free time.
- Pizza I ordered from the in-house restaurant I found lacking in topping, flavour and value. A push bike I borrowed was in need of maintenance eg: seat adjusting lock didn't work & under inflated tires. Some confusion among staff with what I required.
