Pros +

breakfast was very basic. Cereal( in large glass jars....Unsure of freshness and hygeine) and long life milk only and some apples and bananas were in room on arrival. Close to Parap markets. Great cafe across the road Room was quite old and run down but clean and bed was comfortable.
Had everything I needed for overnight stay. The room is not massive, but for a single or couple, it's fine.

Cons -

Fan did not work properly. Several lights did not work and the fittings were dodgy.
