Econo Lodge Rivervale is 3 minutes’ drive from Crown Casino and 5 minutes' drive from Ascot Racecourse. Perth Airport and Perth's city center are both within 15 minutes' drive. There are several bus stops close to the motel. All rooms include a flat-screen screen TV, wardrobe, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. They have an private bathroom with a shower. Guest laundry facilities are also available. The licensed Coachman Restaurant is open for breakfast daily and dinner from Monday to Thursday. The restaurant offers a range of beer and wine.

- The pool was nice
- Good location and the room is clean
Cons -
- The room was quite dirty the sheets were smelly PowerPoints weren't working in the bathroom
- Hotel was better than I expected for price. Would have stayed longer with earlier notice of 2 night offer. Suggest remove castors from main bed and possibly better quality bathroom linen.
