- Great location, 5-10 min walk to the ferries (to rottnest island) and to the train station! The staff were very polite as well

- The lack of room service/cleaning of the room on the weekend - apparently they?re short staffed so we had to reuse towels more than preferred
- They debited $250 from my bank account on arrival and I'm still waiting for it to be refunded 3 days later. Thats unacceptable.
- Hotel carpets are old and have a bad smell. Room aircon was broken. They should make an effort to remove carpets and at least put tiles.
