Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property requires a credit card pre-authorization as a security deposit & to cover any incidental charges. This may be taken anytime within the cancellation period (i.e. 24 hours of arrival) and you will kindly be asked to provide a matching ID at check-in. Funds are typically held for up to 10 working days, depending on the financial institution. Please note that for bookings of more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The credit card used for booking guarantee must be presented during check-in and must match with photo identification. Please note that a surcharge of 1% will apply when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard or 2,75% American Express credit card.
