Just 2 minutes’ walk from Surfers Paradise’ Cavill Avenue, Paradise Island Resort offers a heated pool, a hot tub and a steam room. All apartments feature a private balcony. Guests also enjoy a fitness center and a tennis court. Set in the heart of Surfers Paradise, The Island Resort is just 10 minutes’ walk from Broadbeach. It is 11 minutes’ drive from Seaworld. Each air-conditioned apartment offers a kitchenette or a fully equipped kitchen. All apartments feature an private bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a hairdryer. Some apartments offer sea views. Guests can play arcade games and pinball machines in the games room. There is also a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities.

Cons -
- Our room was filthy. I would sack the cleaner because they are not doing their job. The glass doors were filthy with fingerprints and had not been cleaned. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. There was live cockroaches in the bedroom and on sofa.
- Lacking in kitchen utilities such as there was no knives, forks, plates a toasters would be a fantastic addition
- One night next room people were using washing machine and dryer at midnight. I did advise front desk of this but overall I still like staying there.
