Please note that there is a non-refundable 1.4% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a non-refundable 2.75% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We require a physical card for the balance and pre-authorisation to be presented on check-in by the cardholder. Please note that virtual driving licenses are not accepted as a form of identification. This property requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check-in to cover any incidental charges. The amounts are AUD 100 per apartment. Please note that no-shows at the property will result in full accommodation fees. Guests must check in on the first day of the reservation. Please note that Schoolies is from 21 November to 6 December 2026. Rhapsody Resort does not accept Schoolies. Rhapsody Resort reserves the right to cancel any booking during this time. Guests must check in on the scheduled day. Management reserves the right to cancel any bookings at their discretion. If you do not arrive at the property, you will be charged the total amount of your booking. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. The parking will be closed for renovation work on June 17th, 2026.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 100.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
