- Nothing honestly was a horrible experience
- The hotel was well located - central, quiet, but still close enough to go to restaurants, shops. The customer service lady was very friendly, obliging & helpful in changing my room to a ground floor room, immediately.Rooms were spacious, clean and warm.

- dirty room, very dirty carpet
- Hotel was HORRIBLE!!! Dirty and old, NO bar as advertise on YOUR web page and NO restaurant or room service. Was a complete waste of money. I like the idea of a mystery hotel but if you are showing 3 options the hotels should have what you say they have.

Hotel was HORRIBLE!!! Dirty and old, NO bar as advertise on YOUR web page and NO restaurant or room service. Was a complete waste of money. I like the idea of a mystery hotel but if you are showing 3 options the hotels should have what you say they have.
