- The hotel decoration is amazing. And the staffs are so welcoming with hospitality.
- The art deco furniture. The line and pillows were very good.
- Location was great for me: Proximity to Southern Cross station was great for getting trains in and around Melbourne, and for getting the skybus to and from the airport. Also good location for trams and proximity to the crown casino megaplex.
Cons -
- Maybe the lighting is a little bit dark. Other than that, everything is pretty awesome.
- Had to ask for a cup and saucer, teabags and teaspoon. Scrimping on the standard items. Because of the discount, we had no view.
- Safe did not work in my first room. Shower drainage system was weird causing whole bathroom floor to flood upon showering. After the being moved to a new room the shower drainage system was still pretty weird, completely soaking the shower towel mat.
