- Location - the location of this hotel is so close and connected to everything. The Barrista made lovely coffee at breakfast
- The staff was very helpful, prompt to helping me as soon as possible to send maintenance to my room to help with flood. Receiving complimentary breakfast from hotel employee was appreciated. Excellent location.It was great having a heated pool and gym.
- Clean, welcoming lobby, fantastic location
Cons -
- The windows were unknowingly left open by the last guest. We didn't realize until the last night so it was VERY noisy and hard to sleep at first.
- There was significant mould in the bathroom- it just wasn't being cleaned - I did show a staff member and they 'took note' - but no one came and did anything about it (after showing it to them). It was in six different places.
- The incident of not being able to turn off shower valve causing room to flood.
