- Location is fantastic, service when we had contact with staff was fantastic, bathroom was lovely and updated and the courtyard setting was lovely.
- Location to City, Exhibition Buildings, Museum excellent. Room very spacious with lounge, dining & kitchen area. Bedroom also very comfortable. Lovely outlook onto the gardens & grounds.
Cons -
- Lack of lift was a challenge being on the 3rd floor, the handle came off our door to the bathroom as with multiple lights not working, one windy night saw the whole room shake with the drafts, poorly located air conditioner (impossible to reach bedroom)
