- The hotel was rated higher than it actually was. The hotel was very very dirty, things already broken in the room from the head board lamp broken barely hanging on and then one of the beds leg was completely broken leaving the bed slanted.
- the room was tired looking and the TV reception was so poor it was a joke to paying customers. The aircon didn't work very well either. the toilet's flush system was weak. If that's a standard IBIS hotel, goodness knows what an Ibis Budget is like! N
