Cons -

Small microwave oven in room would be a nice touch for the kitchenette.
During our 3 night stay with this hotel we had a couple of spiders in our room, the internet would not stay connected, There is a $100 deposit that was not mentioned until we checked in and the staff was rude when asked questions.
