- Owner had pride in the family history.
- Hotel was under renovation. Staff at reception was unhelpful and dismissive. Water pressure in shower was poor.
- Large bed, spacious bathroom, close proximity to train station, clean room.
Cons -
- The cleaners using vacuum at 8:30am. Staff did not communicate to each other that we had a late check out organised. The wake up call of the vacuum and then the banging on our door was rude. Room was very noisy, insanely thin walls.
- Staff attention to detail was lousy. Attitude indifferent and dismissive. Hotel was cramped and under renovation. No indication given in emails of deposit policy. Deposit was overly large for quality of accommodation. Shower water pressure was low. 2.5*s
