Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform West City Motel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. You may be charged up to the full amount at the time of booking. Payment for your booking will appear as 'Accommodations Payment Services' on your bank statement. A nonrefundable 2.2% Service & Handling Fee is applicable to all card payments processed online. If the Full Payment has not been processed the balance amount will be collected at the motel at the time of check-in. Reception opening hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 20:00 and Saturday to Sunday 09:00 to 18:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that rooms are serviced daily with the exception of Sundays and Public Holidays.
