- The hotel was lovely! Extremely comfortable & a great location! The staff was wonderful & extremely helpful.
- The location, how they maintained the hotel bldg and cleanliness. The room is also big which is excellent. My husband loves the free light breakfast : the bread with jam, butter, fruits and juice. It is a good idea to serve it to customers.

- The staff needs a customer training. They dont know how to smile, greet. No initiative to build rapport to customers. They do not need to chat with us or to customers. They need to learn how to smile and greet. Ask customers if needing assistance.
