- The combine toilet/shower room does not have a shower base, the over hang shower curtain length is three inches above ground, so when shower is done, the whole bathroom is completely wet from the shower splash, makes the bedroom carpet damp from walking.

Price and Cross proximity to the nearest subway "Mascot" station.
