- very clean and tidy, helpful staff and good location
- Helpfulness of morning desk clerk Location, proximity to Royal Botanical Garden, Opera House, and Circular Quay
- The hotel's location.
Cons -
- stayed 2 nights and the room was not serviced at all
- Double room was just barely big enough for two adults
- The room was too small, and housekeeping would come by at 8-9pm asking to clean the room. Way too early, and then they wouldn't come back to clean the room later.
