- Lobby
- Location. Close to Mestre bus and train station. The room was clean.
- Convenient location, staff spoke English well
Cons -
- Dirty / blood on pillow cases / personal was not friendly or willing to work with you. Everything was old / abused and dirty. Unpleasant stay! Complained and they just didn?t care.
- Almost everything. It is an expensive hotel for the low quality of stay offered (room looks really cheap, bathroom the same and is moldy, reception is always crowded, and there is no interest in created a comfortable stay for tourists).
- USB ports for charging did not work. Did not allow early check in and room was not ready at the promised time.
