Location.
I liked the Location, the breakfast in the morning it was wonderful. very clean hotel. I stayed in the room without the windows,it was so quite and i loved it.

Cons -

It's a different place because it's in a basement and thus the rooms have no windows. We rented two rooms. One was fine, but the other (a triple room used by our sons) was too hot with no ventilation and the shower leaked all over the floor.
