Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Spa access is available on prior request and note that the use of it involves an additional charge. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to access the Spa. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the Spa. Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization. Only one dog or cat under 20 kg per room is allowed (upon request). Supplement of €22 night/animal and deposit of €200. For reservations of more than 4 rooms or more than 8 nights, payment in advance is required. Once the reservation is made, the property will contact the guests to arrange the prepayment and the bookings will be nonrefundable.
