Pros +

• Location was perfect we could walk from the hotel to everything we wanted to see and do.
• It was very clean, the staff was helpful and it was far enough away from the old city cent to be very, very quiet. While I did a lot of walking, all the sights I wanted to see were within walking distance.
• The bed was very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The air conditioning was very good. Room sound proofing was very good. The room size was generous. The standard of interior presentation and decor was first class.

Cons -

• Staff not interested in dealing with questions. Room requested was not provided. No tea or coffee facilities in the bedrooms. No water provided in the bedroom
• There were maps of the old city which were helpful. It would have been nice to have bus and metrotram schedules along with where they went. Taking public transportation would have cut down on the amount of walking I did.
• It was disappointing that neither the bar nor the restaurant were open in the afternoon or evening. It was surprising that there was no facility for coffee or tea in the room. The location was some distant from the tourist areas of Seville.
