Where do i begin? Our first night the room was AWFUL! It was filled with other peoples hair!! Gross! The room was shabby and run down and its window looked out into a truly awful scenary! Not a good first night. We moved across the street the 2nd nite
When I tried to change the dates of my stay by one day the hotel refused. This was despite numerous vacancies in the hotel. When I arrived I was given a room worse than what I had paid for and was told my requested room type was sold out.
