When booking for 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. During check-in guests will be asked to provide a valid credit card for pre-authorization. It is hotel policy to request a credit card pre-authorization from all guests in order to check into the hotel. This pre-authorization is not a sale on the card but it is merely a hold of the funds which is completed on check out or voided if another method of payment is preferred. Please note third party credit cards will not be accepted. Please be advised that each room is required to provide a credit card for pre-authorization of their stay and incidentals. Unfortunately, the property is unable to pre-authorize debit cards. Cash-only payments will not be accepted. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere in the Hotel. A copy of valid photo ID will also need to be provided. Guest’s must be over 18 year of age to check into the hotel unless accompanied by a Parent/GuardianPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
