- Modern and spacious room, comfortable bed
- Hotel was clean.
- Excellent location. Easy to walk to cruise shuttle pickup points at harpa hall. And to city hall pickup for tours
Cons -
- No phone in room, had to ask for coffee each day for machine, bathroom a bit dated, sink faucet was tricky
- No parking, no microwave oven in rooms or at reception. Not enough sockets by bed, can’t control lights from bed area, noisy during the weekends (due to location), no cutlery.

Staff and location were excellent.
Outside noise at night with window open but couldn’t be helped over a long weekend.
