This hotel is a 1-minute walk from Hlemmur Bus Terminal and Reykjavik’s main street, Laugavegur. It features free private parking and rooms with a flat-screen TV. Pros +
- Clean, basic accomodations.
- Super friendly and helpful staff
- The location was great. The staff were very courteous and professional.
Cons -
- Lighting in room was poor. Hot tubs were not hot so don't pick this hotel based on this! Also, as per usual Icelandic approach, there are no fridges in the room as they want you to eat at their restaurant on site.
- It was loud in the morning and could hear everyone closing their doors.
- Bathroom was tiny even by European standards. Breakfast was not included and incurred an additional charge
