- We booked a balcony room with view to the tower and it was spectacular, breakfast is also with a view and food delicious, all the staff is supper attentive and friendly. Location superb.
- The concierge was very helpful and spoke perfect English. The hotel is in a perfect location and the room was very suitable.
- Perfect location. Lovely room. Free chocolate croissants at the bar. Fantastic shower. Nice little balcony to the street. Very quiet inside.
Cons -

The location and the staff.
I was told the room was an upgrade but it didn't seem like an upgrade. I have stayed at the hotel before and had a much nicer room for the same price. There were some stains on the carpet and the the plug in the bathtub didn't work. Maids are really loud.
