K Hotel

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The K hotel reserves the right to temporarily block the amount of the first night on the card provided prior to arrival. that refund can take up to 30 days depending of your bank. The nearest parking lot to the hotel is the Ducs d'Alsace parking lot. This paying parking lot is located 10 minutes walk from the hotel. A security deposit of the amount of the first night is required. It must be paid by credit card. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, provided no damage has been noted by the property. The restitution time varies depending on the banking institution (from 8 to 30 days). thanks
