- Staff and design.
- The service from the receptionist and the billman was just absolutely excellent. They were completely professional always smiling very happy, very nice to deal with. Classical school hotel term that doesn't show up everywhere.
- I love this hotel. I love everything. Except it doesn¿t have a pool.
Cons -
- Not one thing.
- The room was very nice and hit everything you need, but not quite what I imagine. Gray hardwood floors and too much gray in the day for but also some gold and white.
- We had a couple issues that were addressed perfectly.

Beautiful, modern hotel in the heart of Lyon. Amazing service, great hotel bar. Very clean, large room. 5 star.
