- The staff was amazing!
- Concierge was very helpful. The staff overall was very professional and friendly. On our anniversary, they actually had a complimentary cake delivered in our room.

Cons -
- I did not like the room very much. It was on a 1st flloor & had no view at all. Also, I got charged 10 Euro per day for wifi! That was extremely dissapointing! Breakfast buffet was excellent but very much overpriced. 35 Euros per person.
- I didn't know if breakfast was included and we weren't told otherwise. The staff were snobby.
- Staff inadequate for guest traffic. Long service queue.
