Pros +
- Decent location. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.
- The staff was great. Always willing to help out. The location wasn't too close to the major sites but far enough away to avoid the crowds.
- the hotel was in a great location.
Cons -
- The road outside was very loud. The people going to and from bars late we¿re quite loud as well. But nothing some earplugs couldn¿t handle. The Wi-Fi wasn¿t very good. I usually had to rely on my phone service.
- I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any air conditioning. And when I asked for pots and pans in my room the hotel told me no and to use the microwave. What was the point of having an electric range if they weren't going to give me the tools to cook?
- One of the staff barged into our room without knocking screaming in German at us, I asked if she could speak English, I asked for her name in German, she refused to give it. It terrified my 3 year old Son. I advised the hotel of this, nothing was done.
