- Convenient to transportation Hotel close to metro
- The staff were very friendly and were able to answer any questions. We considered switching from a superior to a double room for the kitchenette and the staff were able to show me a double room and were willing to help if we wanted to switch.
- Comfortable bed, helpful staff, close to public transport

- None
- The location was not great. There was no phone in the room. Housekeeping did not remove our dishes from room service the night before, so we had leftover food in our room for 36 hours and there's only 1 tiny trash can in the bathroom.
- Bathroom was a little inconvenient
