Staff and Location

Room was pretty disappointing - more like a hostel room and not a hotel room for this rating and price. Not clean (although bedding sheets were OK).

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was very easy to walk to all tourist attractions. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I will be staying there again on my next trip to Copenhagen.
