- Very friendly staff, walked to a lot of places, Slurp Ramen Joint was less than a block away other restaurants as well. Walked to the Nyhavn area and an amazing bakery walked to the round tower and DOP hot dog stand best hot dog I have had
- This hotel was in a great location. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent.
- The staff was absolutely amazing! I liked the artsy vibe from the hotel and the cozy hour was a great idea.
Cons -
- Bathrooms didn't have a stall, only a curtain so when you took a shower most of the bathroom floor got wet.
- Italian restaurant inside the hotel is very expensive
- The facade of the building makes the hotel look like it's in foreclosure. Paint. Soon. The desk staff had one VERY nice lady and a couple of folks who were frankly, not very friendly.
