The staff is great, Pedro shared great tips about what to do at the city.
Front desk staff are superbly helpful and warm. The hotel is well located.

Cons -

The train noise is the worst thing that I felt in a hotel in all my life for sure. Was impossible to sleep on the first night, for the others nights we have to pay a lot extra(trap) to change to a ?no noise? room but we were still able to hear the train.
Major problem is the layout does not have an elevator landing on every level so travel with heavy luggage is difficult. The train noise gets old at night.
Hotel is not accessible to those who are not fully able bodied. Stairs are everywhere. You can not get to any room or the luggage storage without taking stairs. I saw an older women fall down the stairs with her bag trying to get to the storage room.

Clean, nice rooms, close to transportation

Hotel is not accessible to those who are not fully able bodied. Stairs are everywhere. You can not get to any room or the luggage storage without taking stairs. I saw an older women fall down the stairs with her bag trying to get to the storage room.
