The Hotel Krone Unterstrass enjoys a quiet location in the center of Zurich, a short tram ride from the main train station. It offers you air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. All rooms feature soundproofed windows, a flat-screen TV and coffee and tea making facilities. Light Mediterranean and characteristic Swiss cuisine are served in the Differente restaurant of the Hotel Krone Unterstrass. For conferences and banquets, there are 5 different rooms for up to 200 guests available. The Kronenstrasse tram stop (lines 11, 14) is directly in front of the building.

- The room was spacious and clean, with a fridge and air conditioning which was useful as it could get warm indoors. Location is not bad as the tram stop was right in front of the hotel and it only took 5 mins or so to the city. Staff was super helpful.
- The staff was very polite, courteous and professional.

Cons -
- There's nothing in this hotel that makes it 4 stars, I can't understand why anyone would think that. It's more like a 2.5. Room is very small, bathroom even smaller, very simple hotel. Amenities are non-existent. Location is far from all touristic sites.

- The hotel was not as nice as the pictures showed. The neighborhood that it is in is just OK - not bad but nothing great.. The hotel was far from the city center of Zurich and it was an up hill walk.
