You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CHF 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets may accompany you during your stay at FIVE Zurich for a fee of CHF 40 per pet, per night. Pros +
- The spa area is beautiful. It is surrounded by all glass with a stone waterfall. The pool has black stone on one end.
- Loved the ambiance. The staff was great. Definitely will recommend. It was a great experience, front desk staff was helpful, and polite.
Cons -
- The rooms in the east wing do not have enough room to have a suitcase on the floor and still walk around them. For that reason I recommend you pay the 100 additional francs to stay in the main hotel.Also there is nothing to do within easy walking distance
