- The staff and their helpfulness
- Modern room, good size and beautiful bathroom.
- The receptionists were so friendly and helpful. I cannot praise or thank them enough. The location in the city and near the train and bus stations was excellent.
Cons -
- We were charged 60.00 for two continental breakfast when our reservation said it was included will be contacting for a refund
- The noise outside our bedroom which was on the first floor. We would definitely stay again but not in that room
- Nothing to fault.

The receptionists were so friendly and helpful. I cannot praise or thank them enough. The location in the city and near the train and bus stations was excellent.
The room was small and dark - even for city standards. I upgraded myself to a double as I did not want a standard small room - got one anyway. The one window allowed little external light in and the internal lighting almost precluded reading at night.
