It was in the center of old town
Location.
Hotel Hirschen is an absolute gem. The old town location is perfect, being near the main train station and having easy access to Zurich's efficient tram system. The staff is outstanding and ready to help in any way needed. We would stay here again.

Cons -

Very inconsiderate on our questions regarding a refund
The room was extremely dirty and small.
Rooms were small and noisy. It was very hot with no A/C but indicative of many European hotels and a heat wave was going on.
