- customer service was outstanding
- The working staff is very nice. They helped to keep our luggage before our check in, so we can be released to hangout.

- Localization is not good for tourism
- The air conditioning did not cool down the room. The sofa was severely worn.
- I wrote in advance to have sheets and blankets on bed. This was promised that I would be there on arrival. It took two days as the comforter on the bed was very hot and I had very little sleep for first two nights.
