- The staff in the recepcion were sometimes angry.
- The room (MINUS THE BATHROOM) was nice and the bed was extremely comfortable and cozy.
- The location. Is close to main tourist places. Close to metro, buses and shopping center. The gift shop has low prices

- Just some people working in the recepcion don't have to work there.
- The bathroom was extremely dated, had such a bad smell & sloppy room service and cleanliness. We accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom & they did a terrible job cleaning & left our room door wide open while we were away in the city. Terrible!!!
- Food was somehow cool in the morning.

The room (MINUS THE BATHROOM) was nice and the bed was extremely comfortable and cozy.
The bathroom was extremely dated, had such a bad smell & sloppy room service and cleanliness. We accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom & they did a terrible job cleaning & left our room door wide open while we were away in the city. Terrible!!!
