- The staff were amazing. First time in Europe and they were very accomodating, very patient with any questions and more than willing to assist.
- Overall the hotel was good, the rooms could use additional cleaning. The location is not perfect but you can walk for 40 minutes to where the action is. Most of the hotel staff were good.
- I loved everything. Staff was amazing
Cons -
- Not knowing where we were, I would have rather been closer to the squares but overall nothing negative to say at all.
- I had reserved two rooms and both rooms were not clean at move in time. The carpet had stains and the bathroom had meldew.
- They should have better sheets for the beds, some looked a bit worn and dingy, maybe they were clean but didn't look that way.
