Pros +

  • the bell captain and the bartender were the only kind staff at this hotel.
  • Views were fantastic. Great rooftop pool.
  • Views were amazing. Food was great. People were super nice, and very helpful.

Cons -

  • The entire staff was incredibly rude. You could not fathom their lack of manners and basic kindness except for the two Georges.
  • Way up in a hill. Not easily walkable from downtown.
  • Pool closed too early. Never could get the air conditioning quite right.
